I've read and heard a lot of things about the new metrosexuality in the past year -- some of it good, most of it bad. My friend David has written the article that changed my mind. This is probably the best thing I have read on the issue.

Kenneth here. I read that article, and the description sounds like a great guy we could all aspire to being (all of us who are guys). The biggest thing I dislike about the metro thing is the name. I think it's sad that our culture thinks it has to describe everything in sexual terms. The author of that article calls a "metrosexual" a gentleman. In the past men who fit his description were always called gentlemen, and that was enough. I just thought of another thing I don't like about our culture: we think we have to have a specific term for everything. Anyway, enough rambling. See ya later.
